Privacy noticeof the international list

Version 1 · published on October 21, 2026

This notice covers the English and Spanish pages of linkeza.com: the form "let me know when Linkeza reaches my country", the free QR code and WhatsApp link generators, and the counting of visits. Linkeza has not launched yet. It starts in Brazil; this list is for people in other countries who want to know when it reaches them. People in Brazil join the Brazilian list, which has its own notice, in Portuguese, at linkeza.com/privacidade.

In short

  • If you join the list, we keep your e-mail, your country, the language of the page and the record that you agreed to this notice.
  • We use them only to tell you when Linkeza reaches your country.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not send third-party advertising.
  • Your sign-up is stored in data centres in the European Union of Cloudflare, a United States company. The person responsible for it lives in Brazil.
  • In the free generators, nothing you type leaves your device.
  • To leave the list or delete your data, write to privacidade@linkeza.com.

Who is responsible

Pedro Henrique do Nascimento Silva, an individual living in Brazil, the creator of Linkeza. He decides how your data is used: Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD, calls him the "controlador", and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, the GDPR, the "controller". Linkeza is not a company yet. When it is, the company he opens becomes responsible, under the same rules as this notice; we will tell you by e-mail first and, if you do not agree, you can leave the list.

Contact for any privacy matter: privacidade@linkeza.com. The person who answers is the controller himself.

Which laws apply

The LGPD applies to everything in this notice, because the controller is in Brazil. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR applies too, and this notice is written for both.

What we keep and why

What you type in the form and the record of your agreement:

  • E-mail: to write to you when Linkeza becomes available in your country.
  • Country: to know when to write to you, and to count how many people are waiting in each country. That count is a total per country; it names no one, and it helps decide where Linkeza goes after Brazil.
  • The language of the page you used: to write to you in that language.
  • The date, the time and the versions of this notice and of the form's agreement text that you accepted: to prove that you agreed.

We do not keep your IP address or details of your browser in the sign-up.

You do not get a confirmation e-mail. We only write when Linkeza reaches your country or when this notice changes in an important way. If you get a message from us without having signed up, someone entered your e-mail by mistake: reply asking to leave and we delete the sign-up.

The free generators

The QR code generator and the WhatsApp link generator work entirely in your browser. The address, the phone number and the message you type are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we do not keep them; the QR code image is made on your device. If you choose to test your WhatsApp link, it opens on WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, a United States company, under Meta's own rules. To suggest your country's calling code, the page reads your browser's language on your device; that reading is not sent anywhere.

Why we may use your data

  • For the list: because you agreed, by ticking the box in the form (consent: LGPD, art. 7, I; GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). You do not have to agree; without it, you just cannot join the list.
  • The protection against robots, the delivery of the site's pages and the counting of visits use technical data, such as your IP address, without asking for your agreement. The law allows this when it is needed to keep the site running and secure, and to know how many people visit it (legitimate interests: LGPD, art. 7, IX; GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)). You can object to it; see "Your rights".
  • We keep the record of your agreement and a copy of the requests you send us because the law requires the controller to be able to prove the agreement and that he answered (LGPD, art. 8, § 2; GDPR, arts. 5(2) and 7(1)).

We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile of you.

How to leave the list

At any time and free of charge: write to privacidade@linkeza.com, from the e-mail you signed up with, saying you want to leave. If you no longer have access to that e-mail, write anyway and we will agree on another way to confirm it is you. Every message we send will also say how to leave. When you leave, we delete your sign-up from the database and from any mailing list. Leaving does not change what was already done with your agreement until then, such as a message already sent.

Who we share with and where the data is

  • Your data leaves your country. Your sign-up is kept by Cloudflare, Inc., a United States company that hosts the site and the form. The database is in its data centres in the European Union, for the time given below, and the controller reads it from Brazil. The European Union and Brazil recognised each other, in January 2026, as protecting personal data at an adequate level. On the way to that database, what you type in the form and the technical data of your visit, such as your IP address, pass through Cloudflare servers that may be in other countries, including the United States. For data that leaves the European Union, Cloudflare says it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Union's standard contractual clauses.
  • For most of what it does for us, Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf and following our instructions. The exception is in the next item.
  • Protection against robots (Cloudflare Turnstile): to tell whether the person using the form is a person, Turnstile analyses technical signals from your device and your visit, such as your IP address and the type of browser. It may also receive the address of the form's page and of the page you came from. Most of the time you see nothing; sometimes a box appears for you to tick. These signals go to Cloudflare, not to our list, and Cloudflare also uses them, on its own account, to improve Turnstile. More details in Cloudflare's own Turnstile privacy document: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/. If the protection blocks you by mistake, write to suporte@linkeza.com.
  • Counting visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics): we count visits to the site without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Cookies and similar records: we use no advertising cookies and no cookies to measure visits. Cloudflare may set security cookies, needed to protect the site. When checking that you are a person, Turnstile may also keep technical records similar to cookies in your browser. They may stay in the browser after you close the page; to delete them, clear the cookies and site data in your browser's settings.
  • E-mail: messages sent to privacidade@linkeza.com and to suporte@linkeza.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to the controller's mailbox, at Gmail, from Google, a United States company. The answer comes in the name of Pedro Silva and may come from another e-mail address.
  • Later: the message that Linkeza has reached your country will be sent by an e-mail sending service (planned: Amazon SES). If it is another company, its name will appear on this page and in the message.
  • Security: the site uses an encrypted connection. The list is kept in a Cloudflare account that belongs only to the controller, protected by a password and two-step verification. Only he looks at the list.
  • Apart from this, we only hand data to someone if a law or a court order requires it.

For how long

We keep your sign-up until whichever comes first:

  • you ask to leave;
  • 3 months after Linkeza launches in the country you chose, time for the launch messages;
  • October 21, 2028, even if Linkeza has not reached your country.

If we give up the project before that, we tell you by e-mail and delete every sign-up within 30 days.

Once deleted, a piece of data may still exist for up to 30 days in the database's automatic backups.

When you ask to leave or make another request about your data, we keep your message and our answer for 5 years, only to prove that we answered. It is the only record of you that remains after the sign-up is deleted.

Your rights

Free of charge and at any time, you can:

  • confirm whether we hold data about you and see it;
  • correct data that is incomplete, wrong or out of date;
  • ask us to delete your data, to stop using it while a question is settled, or to delete or anonymise data that is unnecessary, excessive or used against the law;
  • ask for a copy of your data in a common format, to take to another service;
  • know who we share your data with;
  • know that you may refuse your agreement and what happens if you do;
  • withdraw your agreement;
  • object to a use of your data made without your agreement, such as the protection against robots.

To use any of them, write to privacidade@linkeza.com. We answer within 15 days; if a request needs more time, we tell you within that period and explain why. Requests are handled by hand by the controller himself.

If you think we have not solved it, you can complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD (gov.br/anpd). If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, or where you think the law was broken. Elsewhere, to your own country's authority.

Who can sign up

The list is for people aged 18 or over.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we use your data for, how long we keep it, who is responsible for it or the kinds of company we share it with, we tell you by e-mail before the change takes effect, pointing out what changed. If you do not agree, you can leave the list. The version and the date are at the top of this page; earlier versions can be requested at the e-mail above.
